Reservation time slots are in 30 minute intervals. Available times are listed in green. You may select up to five hours a day as needed. Reserved rooms will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time, then may be released to another group.
- Select the start time from the grid. DO NOT select the end time from the grid.
- Select the end time using the drop down box that will appear below the grid.
- Click "Submit Times" when finished selecting to confirm the times slots.
- Next sign in using your myFranklin login (Note: use your username only, NOT your email).
- On the Booking Details screen, review the Terms & Conditions for using a meeting room, then select "Continue".
- Review your booking information is correct, then select "Submit my Booking" to complete the booking process. You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation has been approved.
