Space Availability - Meeting Rooms

Reservation time slots are in 30 minute intervals. Available times are listed in green. You may select up to five hours a day as needed. Reserved rooms will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time, then may be released to another group.

  1. Select the start time from the grid. DO NOT select the end time from the grid.
  2. Select the end time using the drop down box that will appear below the grid.
  3. Click "Submit Times" when finished selecting to confirm the times slots. 
  4. Next sign in using your myFranklin login (Note: use your username only, NOT your email). 
  5. On the Booking Details screen, review the Terms & Conditions for using a meeting room, then select "Continue".
  6. Review your booking information is correct, then select "Submit my Booking" to complete the booking process. You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation has been approved.
