Appointment Information:

Room Reservations are strongly encouraged. Available rooms are treated as first come, first serve. Reservation time slots are in 30 minute intervals. Available times are listed in green. You may select up to 5 hours a day as needed. To reserve a room:

  1. Start by clicking the Hybrid Meeting Room link below.
  2. Select the start time followed by the end time in the drop down box.  
  3. Click "Submit Times" when finished selecting to confirm the times slots. 
  4. Next sign in using your myFranklin login (Note: use you username not email). 
  5. On the Booking Details screen, review the Terms & Conditions for using a meeting room, then select "Continue".
  6. Review your booking information is correct, then select "Submit my Booking" to complete the booking process. You will receive a confirmation email when your reservation has been approved. 

Please check in at the circulation desk.

Reserved rooms will be held for 15 minutes after the reservation time, then may be released to another group.

NOTE: Meeting rooms are only available to be booked by Franklin faculty, staff, students and alumni living local to Columbus, Ohio.
